After Hatching?

after the babies hatch out of their eggs...how many of you take them out of the incubator and put them into their tanks and how many of you leave them in for 24-48 hours after hatching? my babies are due to hatch extremely soon and i wanna get opinions from people with better experience than i because i get a diff response everywhere i read and i dont wanna screw up cuz i love my beardies to much to hurt them in any way
