Best external filter/pump for a pond?

I'm looking for a good quality but affordable filter/pump for a indoor turtle pond. It will be a 100 gallon outdoor preformed pond but I will not be filling it the entire way, so only to the first landing that way I do not need to build an outside platform for them. Any suggestions?
