DAYTONA EXPO PICS . . . D/U warning

JaredHorenstein Aug 26, 2008 07:05 AM

I was able to make it up on Sunday for the show.....so I decided to take a few pics of some animals I knew would be there that I was really dying to see in person and get some pics of...

CV Exotics Calico Boa

I stopped by PC Reptiles Table to see his Costa Rican boas and he had this little gem on display...

Here is Colette from TSK with a baby Inca boa from this year

Connely Reptiles with one of his Super Stripe boas

Now these are some snakes I was dying to see in person......Tom Burkes Leopards het albino and albino Leopards.....I wanted to see if they were as colorful as they looked when they were born..

They were....AMAZING!!!!!!

Joe Rollo's Dragon Boa & Recessive Tiger Nicaraguan boas

Not a boa but these were wicked....FL Chams Pygmy Chameleons

And Vin Russo's Orangetail Hypo Blood Boas ( These were awesome! )

I saw what I went to see........but this is the first time in over 10 years that I did not buy a single animal at the show......not 1....that was the only disappointment for me....nothing that I had to have...that I could afford....lol.....

Hope you liked em!!!

Jared

I figured I would just add on to Jareds post! I did take a few pics of the show! I wish I had more money to spend, but unfortunately it was mostly a year of new caging for me! Here are some pix of some of the amazing boas at the show!

First up the T-pos motley produced by Mr. Stone! I'm not a big motley fan as some of you know! I am now!

Have to give some props to my good buddy Frank Martin, without the animals I have gotten from Frank there would be no Brown's Boas!

Nice Super Motley from Frank "THE SILVERBACK" Martin that was either 66% Pos het or a 100% Het Albino couldn't remember. This animal was jet black! Amazing!

Next some beauties from Tom Burkes table!
Lipstick Sunglow Arabesque.

This Arabesque Sunglow I believe was only half Lipstick, but still amazing none the less

Hytec from EBN!

Sunglow Motley produced by Bryant Tannery!

And last a pic of me with one of my new ARS Racks! I'd like to thank Brian Hahn for making this a hassle free deal and the racks are awesome!!!! I did pick up a new Sharp Albino girl from Jeff Risher and a Snow boa male from Bryant Tannery, but I had to go back out of town a hour after I got home on business with my wife, so no picks of my new crew until I get back on Friday!

Lots of other great animals at the show from breeders such as Spencer Tedesco, John Martino, Ryan Homsey, and Aaron Houts

Oh yeah it was awesome seeing my two good buddies AdamC and Shawn Morelan we didn't get to hangout enough!!! So you guys better come up to Chattanooga soon, I got the boat and the smallmouth waiting! Ruben your invited too!

Live from NASHVILLE TN

Thanks Al. It is always good to see you. We need to do a tarpon trip in the Keys. Me, you and the big guy you brought down with you. Tell your dad I said so. I know he'll be up for it..... Frank

Great pics! And you got everything I wanted to see...Boas!

Do you know if Jeremy took the Albino Super Motley from last year, and if so how did it look in person (color wise, size)? Also, did he have any 08 Bino Super Mots there?

Thanks again for the GREAT pics!!

Thanks for sharing the pics. This years show was quite interesting. With the Storms it seemed like the attendence was down, but we still didn't even have enough time to go and look at all the tables. I maybe got around 1/2 the show for about 20 minutes. I didn't get to check out the goodies....

My favorite? Of course I didn't get to see all the stuff, but a few snakes I drooled over was the Adult Pink panther on VPI's table on the Albino leopards. Those were the 2 that left the best impression on me, but again, I didn't get to see much.

Sean and Ceila had one of their Hypo Axtecs crawl out and come over to me. lol I did NOT want to give it back and if I didn't have so many bills to catch up on it would be here right now.

I think that is such a sweet morph because it seem to be the only one of the Co-doms where the Hypo does what we all want it to do!!! Can you imgaine that as a Sunglow??? Maybe putting that into the Besqe, jung, and mot, will do some REALLY special stuff too.

It was great to see everyone again, and after all that work I need a nap. lol
