Feeder Mice Question, Please Help ....

nz May 23, 2003 07:58 PM

I ordered 50 mice from "Reptile Direct". They were supposed to be vacuum packed, but they were not and they cam in with only a small cold pack and they used second day air. Do you think they are safe? Their bellies are green/black and they have blood, urine, and feces all over them. My quesiton is would anyone here feed these mice to their snakes? Thanks.

It was around 40 bucks. They started to look really bad, rotting and oozing so I had to throw them out. The money is not a big deal as I am protected by my credit company, but it's a shame that the mice were killed and wasted. I placed an order with The Big Cheese Factory because I need vacuum packed mice, their service was good and they have a good guarantee on their website, I hope it works out good.
