Hey guys,
I just got my first pit from the Daytona show last weekend. I was cruising for deals at 4pm on Sunday and saw a deli cup with five San Diegos possible het for Applegate for 80 bucks. I called my brother, who was looking for some pits and he asked me to snag them. So I did and brought them back to our room. By the end of the night I had claimed one, and all it cost me was a buffet at the Chinese joint down the street.
Most of the pits I've seen were really feisty as babies, but this group was totally laid back. Mine is already eating and very calm, unlike the Hondos and Pueblans I'm used to. No hissing or bluffing or anything.

Aside from the gopher, I picked up an awesome tricolor hypo Honduran het for anery from Don Shores to go with the ghost project I'm working on.

Well, my brother got all five. I snagged one from him, then he sold the rest except for the one female he kept for himself. The ratio was 4.1, that's why I'm guessing the price was so good. They came from Envy.
He also got a nice ghost Sonoran male from them. He posts on here as Trolligans if you want to look him up.

Yes, I've already got the fever. Look at my sig--It all started with an alterna that was supposed to be a pet. Before it even arrived, I had gone to a show and bought an apricot Pueblan from Don Shores. It snowballed from there.

If you're looking at Don Shore's animals I can certainly understand the compulsion. I got splendida from him and it took major will power to only get 4 !

Don does have great animals. He's a cool guy, too. Even the first show I ever went to and met him before I knew who he or anyone else was, he took time to talk to me.
