Ghost & Anery Motleys today!

BASICALLYBOAS Aug 29, 2008 05:17 PM

We had another nice litter today! This was from breeding a Hypo Motley Het Anery X Ghost. These are not the firsts, but they are a first for us here. I knew this female was gravid, but she really surprised me with this litter as she never got very big and had not taken a meal since 11/4/07! I am pretty happy to say the least as we got 2.0 Ghost Motleys, 1.2 Anery Motleys, 2 Motley Het Anerys, 3 Ghosts of which 2 look to be Supers and a few really nice DH Ghosts. This litter was also fathered by the same young 18-20 month old male that fathered the Super Motley litter we had last month. This young stud did work this season!

Anyhow, here are the pics, they are not the best as they were taken with out flash as the flash really seemed to make them yellow out and these are very silvery /grey in person. The Ghost and Anery Motleys almost look like they are made of metal! I will get better pics of them after they shed as these pics really do not do them any justice.

We only have two more litters left this season, Bolivians & Hypo Harlequins Het Coral Albino and we will be done! It really has been a great season here and Stephanie and I really do appreciate all the positive feedback and e-mails we have received.

Thanks to Jeremy Stone for supplying us with this stellar male Hypo Mot Het Anery as he really worked out great for us!

Hope everyone has a great & safe weekend!

That is a killer litter. I think you and Steph have WAY to many babies over there. They look killer. You need to stop having soo many babies.

I will definitely get pics of them up after they shed. Motleys, Ghosts and Anerys are some of my favorite Boas and these guys have them all in one!

Also, the Anaheim NARBC show is next weekend and we hope to see a lot of you there. Come by and say hello! We are also working on a Boa Raffle for the show where we will be raffling off a high end Boa towards the end of each day!
