It took me a couple of hours, but I think I figured out how to post pictures. Now I just have to learn how to take good ones. Anyway, here's a picture of the female. I hope.

OK. Good it worked. I got these from Jimmy(Drybar) earlier this month. Thanks Jimmy, They're doing great. These are from the same clutch as the pair Steve posted earlier.

It's actually pretty simple....Once you own a bairdi you understand what we like about them.
They are great colubrids.

Naturally. To know them is to love them. BTW, I now have a Corn too, but the bairdi is my favorite. Though nothing can replace my Western Hog as favorite pet, while she still lives. I'm guessing the bairdi will eventually, as the Heterodon is getting on in years..

Yes I think you do have a new convert. I've always loved rat snakes in general, but the bairds sure are fun. I haven't been able to post, as I just got back home from hurricane evacuation. It missed my area, but better safe than sorry. And yes Jimmy I am enjoying them. Both of them love to curl up on the branches in thier cages. I guess resistence really is futile.

Yep, my bairdis are definitely out more then my corns. Makes them great for photographs. They love to pose...lol
