mealworm question

mbmcewen Sep 05, 2003 04:57 AM

I was looking at the nutrition chart at the ezine, and mealworm adults are similar to crickets while mealworm larvae are much higher in fat. What is the difference between the two in appearance? Is the adult the beetle?

Matt,

Yes, the adult is a black beetle... and most chams won't eat them. Some folks say they have an odor like garlic... ??
