Vision Racks question...

MTH Sep 01, 2008 12:36 PM

Anyone on here using Vision racks? Was wondering how good the heat cables work in comparison to flexwatt. I've only used heat tape in the past so have no experience with cable. Also hows the construction of the racks? Sturdy? Thanks

They work great!

I was worry about the heat cable since I never used it but when I bought my first rack and used it for a year,it work awesome, for it's price you can't go wrong.

Now I have 3-32qt Vision Racks in my snake room and plan to adding a few more soon. I live in NY and winters get cold but I cut long pieces of card board and clip them on the back and sides and all works great.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I love the Vision Rack that I have. The heat cable is very easy to use. The racks have guided slots that you thread the cable into and you can have as much and as little as you want. According to my temp gun, the heat is perfect. I use a Helix thermostat with it.

Thanks for the responses and links. They helped me decide to pick up a rack or 2 when I get the chance.
