Runny Poop Normal? Need Some Help

LeosAnonymous Sep 05, 2003 07:12 AM

Hi,

I have been told that hognose snakes have naturally runny poop that does not stay together like say a ball python's poop does.

Does anyone have a pic of a healthy hog's poop?

This breeder described hognose poop as a spoonfull of choc pudding mixed with a little water and dropped to the ground.

Thank you for your time and help.

That pretty much looks like all of my hogs' droppings. If it is a new snake, you might want to get a fecal test done by a vet anyway(always a good idea), but hogs do leave smelly, somewhat runny feces compared to other species. Andy
