new tank setup idea

jaso Sep 05, 2003 07:32 AM

I am assuming azureus rarely climb unlike leucs who sleep in high area. So you guys think it is ok if i flip a regular 10 gallon tank on its side instead of having it stand up? So instead of having a 10in base i will have about a 12 1/2 in base. The reason i like doing this is because i am fitting it into a shelf and want the door to swing out to save space.

sounds pretty good to me. I have done this in the past with 15 gallons and 20 highs. I agree with you on wanting front opening.
