But we are here to help, to clarify: They look like small water blisters, correct?
There are some arguments about what is actually stored in those deposits so I will let you read all those, but it is the sign of a healthy adult. The only thing to watch for is the blisters tend to develop at the highest "healthy" weight of the gecko, so watch for any unnatural movement or difficulty moving or excessive tail fat. Normally, it just means it is a very happy and healthy gecko.
