Just came in, a new macro lens for my Canon EOS 20D

Showed up at lunch and I only took one test shot of the edge of a roll of tape but wow, that sucker is nice!!!!

BTW, the real reason for going home - no Bullseye babies - yet!!

I LOVE the extreme close-up shot of the scales! WOW All the beautiful close-ups of the heads are terrific too---I especially like the ones with beads of water. Nice definition!!!

My photos would look a lot better on this forum if I wasn't using kingsnake to host them; the site really limits photo file size and resolution! Are there better options?

2.0 amel & anery corns (Foxfire & Daguerre)
0.1 blood python (Duchess, arriving later this month)
1.1 Cats (Nightshade & Cuzzy)

Thanks, really just mounted the lens and played a little, less than 50 frames. I give all the credit to the lens!! (and of course the subjects)

I store all my pics on photobucket.com, works prettyu good for me and much easier to load and post multiple pics than KS.

Great pictures! And close-up head shots to boot! Now I need
to start counting and comparing head scales. And now I really want to get that new camera I've been thinking about getting
for the last 6 months
