Calabar Pythons

I hope this is in the right place

Anyway just thought i'd Share my newly aquired calabar pythons they are supposed to be a 1.1 pair and feeding very well.

I really like these. I never hatched any, but did have a pair at one time.

To my knowledge, no one has bred them in captivity, although the occasional gravid female import has dropped eggs.

Actually Neal Chernoff has breed them on occaion. I had a pair but lost the male. He was working with them again I thought. Also some one on the Sand boa forum produced some eggs this year. Not sure if they were from a wild caght female.

I always knew these as Calabar Burrowing Boas...I guess they are considered pythons now?
