Finicky Dragon???

SteveISU Sep 05, 2003 10:51 AM

Have a 4 month old dragon that is very active. Temps are 110 basking with a mercury vapor bulb at the basking site. Cool side is about 82. However, recently he has seemed uninterested in crix, but will eat any and every worm that is put in front of his face. Anyone else experience this or should I be concerned?

Thanks

Sounds like he is getting spoiled and holding out for the worms lol. I'd increase the amount of his greens and veggies hopefully he will take to those.. could also try soaked pellets maybe he will take to those as well. As long as he is eating and shows normal stools i'd not be too worried.

I would cut back on the worms until he decided to start eating the other stuff.. otherwise he will get really spoiled possibly lol.
