anyone experienced with wax worms?

xruthlessx76 Sep 05, 2003 11:27 AM

every day i'm finding dead black wax worms in their tank, but the others seem to be fine, i even have quite a few turning into moths. temp is like 85 max during the day and around 80 at night, they're eating an oat bran/baby cereal/honey/water mix... any idea what the problem could be?

despite this being a few weeks later i hope it helps... if you don't refridgerate wax worms, they will either die or turn to moths

when refridgerated, they go into a sleep state in which they will stay alive for several weeks... just take them out til they start moving and feed away, then back into the fridge they go
