Hello, all. Long time, no see. It's probably been like four years since I've been on here but I am finally back and, of course, bearing pictures.
Me and a friend picked up two little kids from Valerie, a boy and a girl. The girl is mine. Her name is Sihaya which means "desert spring" (though I'm not revealing in what language as it would prove to be a complete and utter nerd).

Her brother went to my friend Leigh. She has named him Zeke. This photo's from his first day here.

Hey Kido, glad your here, those kids are real cuties, Valerie was a good mom, lol. Also love the names, Sihaya especially.

Hope everything is good, get the new place yet? Hows the little crestie?

I'm getting going again after a bad season /winter last year, but things are looking up

We're in the new place since August 1. The little crestie is the big crestie now. They grow up so darn fast.

We've also got two cats. The kitten Lozhka who we got right after we moved in.

And my boyfriend's cat Vilka.

The crestie looks awesome. I will try and get some pics of Morticai , have to wake them, it's hard getting good pics at night when they roam, lol.

Sihaya

What cutie heads!! All of them - not just the collareds. Are these then the clutch mates of Ripcord? Snicket and Hoboken's bunch?

2.0 Green Anoles (Bowser and Sprocket)
1.1 Chubby Housecats (Roscolux and Jenny)

Sihaya and Zeke are from a different clutch and are about 3 weeks younger than Ripcord. Their mother is Celeste, and all of the clutches were fathered by Hoboken. The other 2 from Ripcord's clutch and 2 from Sihaya's all went to one person. Hopefully we'll get to see some photos of them here. And Eve has little Sohu, from Sihaya's clutch.

We have a third round going now; two from Celeste hatched last week.

Wow - must get hard to keep track at a certain point!! So - half siblings, anyway!

The hardest part was telling the babies apart when they were very tiny. They looked quite a bit alike then, and they changed so rapidly. I had to take a few notes on their markings and collars. Zeke was initially called "Spike" because of a marking you can see in the middle of his lower back. When he was tiny, it looked like a spike on the screen of a heart monitor. As he grew, I decided it more resembled the state of Idaho.

Thanks for posting photos of the kids! Sihaya looks might comfy in her new home. I love the names, too. I hope your friend Leigh will be joining us on the forum.
