would a 2'4" x 3'6" be big enough for an adult BCI? and how tall would it need to be?

the BCI is male, it is an 08 so right now he is in a 20 L - im getting ready to build him a perm cage for when he outgrows his current one. - really just wondering how large the cage needs to be for when he reaches max size
