Need help in Posting Photos

I am having a hard time posting photos. Everytime I try, it says that the photo is too large. I now that others have much better pictures, with lots more colors/details than my photos. Can anyone help me in, I guess, reducing the photo size. I have a Kodak camera/software.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Just trying to post a pic of a baby hermanns I hatched a week or so ago. - I know its not a box turtle
