Can you use Infra Red Lights 24/7

Instead of using the day light one. They would be in the basement and need the constant heat, day and night.

My light is on constant. It keeps the temps constant and they can choose what they want to do. No need for any other heat source. I have mine on a dimmer so I can adjust the temps as the room temp changes.
