What locale of whitethroats stay small? Are there also a certain locale of Blackthroats that stay small? Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Male cape banded WT, then they are smaller versions of albigularis. Otherwise all albigs average 5-7ft as adults, some males can get longer. BTs are large, there are no small BTs unless they are mistreated. But that would be like your mom keeping you in a small chest your whole life until you were an adult to keep you small.

Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to know how much the locale influences a species. This is going to be my first monitor, I would like to go for an Ackie but havent seen any around. Do you guys know anybody?

Thanks,
-Alex

5-6ft or more, but yes they get big.
Ackies arent too bad to find, they are awesome monitors to keep, all CBB in the US also.
