I just wanted to give a little update on Zilla (my BT). He is no longer acting bi polor and I guess what he tasted on my anckle wasn't to his liking because he hasn't tried to take a bite and doen't seem to have plans to. He has actually become quite a lap lizard. After a couple of hours in a warm tub he usually will crawl up on the bed with me a fall asleep for a couple of hours. And yes I am aware that he probably just wants body heat (although his room is typically no less than 85º (whitch is the coolside of his enclosure), but hey he picks me over the heat lamps so I'm happy with that.
