suitable size and what size???

do you think that a 8'x3'x3' lxwxh would be ok for a 4' albig? also how big do females get on average?

No, I think it needs a bigger cage than that, but I'm not an expert on 'em. On the same "non-expert" token, I believe females average 4 1/2ft, but some could get bigger.
