i just picked up a black throat monitor, it's about 12 inches in length (maybe bigger, maybe smaller, haven't really measured yet). currently housed in a 60 gallon with 6 inches of sifted dirt from a riverbed as bedding. i read your care sheet submission on repticzone.com on BT/WT care. you said you house adult BT's in a 10x6x5 cage, what do you build your cages out of? are you successfully breeding BT's in these set ups, or do you move your albigs to bigger cages for breeding?
i know, pretty simple. but i've read your posts throughout the monitor forums and you're very knowledgable, so i'm curious about your methods.
