Jefferson is doing fabulous...He's grown 4'' since being brought home. I took him to the vet recently for a check up and majorly to check for dehydration and parasites, and they vet said he's HEALTHY! He's still well behaved, hisses sometimes--but thats to be expected. I think he just likes "new toys" and the bigger water bowl was fun. He occassionally swims, I added more foliage to his enclosure and he seems to like it. I'm so excited, we're thinking of building a new enclosure for him next week! Any new niles around lately?--Marie

I've got a new NILE monitor. Rescued 3 weeks ago. Loving it. He/She is 30 inches.
