Sulawesi vs. Normal Water Monitors

I've seen NERD advertising "Sulawesi Spotted Water Monitors" as a smaller species? Anyone keep them and know their adult weight/ length compared to normal Water Monitors? Thanks, Chad.

I have read 3-6ft with less weight than normals. They seem to be difficult to get a quality one.
