Just hoping to see some photos of large, very large enclosures and how they have worked for their owners (ups and downs)... Thanks- Mike

I Keep my niles in a 10 x 13 bedroom. It's really hard to keep the humidity up and quite expensive to heat in the winter. I set it up last fall when it was starting to cool off here in Pennsylvania so we'll see what it's like in the summer when the humidity is high. I covered the floor with sheet linoleum and the bottom 4' of the walls with osb plywood coated with 5 coats of marine varnish. I have an 8' x 4' x 4' cage with another nile in the room elevated off the floor so the space is still usable underneath. It's been pretty hard working out the humidity issue. Rescently, I put a whole bunch of mulch in piles and soak them down every 3 days or so. I'll see if I can find pics. Also I keep a kiddie pool with 15 gal of water in there. It gets changed every time it gets crapped in. Usually twice a day. The up side is my big guy gets plenty of excercise and stays occupied.
