do they have a better desposition then nomal niles

They are 2 separate species.
Depends on the individual, in fact Ive met a few ornatus that were worse, or far worse than all niles Ive met. All monitors are individuals, all have different personalities, now compare the average ackie to either species mentioned above, theres a difference, but this has to do with survival adaptations also, nile monitors and ornate monitors are more defensive, and more willing to stand their ground than an ackie (one example).
Once adult..
Mostly yes, I find them and some niloticus more trustworthy then most salvators as adults, young salvators usually don’t bite because they are scared stiff, in my care they rapidly change to a leser friendly attitude, also a large salvator has long teeth making even a test bite dangerous, iv had a large ornatus grab my hand and release it without a scratch, I think this would be imposible with any indo monitors?
Correction some salvators are really nice and gentle
