asian water help!!!

i recently purchased an asian water monitor and ive had her for about 5 days and she hasnt eatin a thing ...please if you know anything about this problem help me out

Basking Temps:
Do you use a temp gun, or just guessing?

What kind of food are you offering?
Whats the animal look like phsyically? Thin? Bloated? ANYTHING you can tell us?

Whats the substrate?

How old is the animal (if you know)?

Whered you get the animal?
