Baby Savannah injury

Hi, our baby monitor got injured today. He fell out of my hand and hit his tank so now his two hind legs are not moving. He's also kind of puffing alot even when he's alone and sleeping. What should we do? Thank you so much, any help would be greatly appreciated.
