My Savannah Monitor

I was just woundering is the natural bedding "Critter Care" will affect my savnnah Monitors Respitory system or if it is alright for him to have and does anybody use this if so please let me know what your thoughts and expieriences are on it. Thank You.

I have found that dirt/sand is the easiest thing to clean. Don't know about that stuff you are talking about but my experience has been that sand is nice.

you should not use sand for savannahs, use a good amount of dirt that they can dig into. top soil from loews or home depot or actually creek mud works well if you have a lot of clay in the soil around your area. sand doesnt hold moisture well, and savannah monitors in the wild live in grassy fields, not sandy deserts. good luck
