Can i keep a savannah in a 6 'L,3' h, 2' w and if so how would i supply its basking needs if i cant use a heat mat on the wood, or can i use plexy glass on the bottom?

"Basking", by definition, is sitting under a heat source. Use a light bulb over a stone. Mounting a light inside of an essentially sealed cage (no screen top aquarium) will heat the cage and retain the humidity.
