maybe this is nothing new but, my monitors love snails, but the canned ones at the store are small, and pricey, however the escargots at the grocery store here are like 5 bucks for a 24 to 28 count of large snails. the can says sodium was added so I rinsed them well and use as a treat or in a pinch,not as a staple, but they were very,very eagerly devoured, cheapish,store well, and always available at the grocery store.passing it on...
