Hi all! Is a rock heater sufficent for my leopard geckos or i need a basking lamp too? Thanks a lot

Please do not use a rock heater. Get yourself some infrared heat lamps or under tank heater.

The heat rocks don't maintain a safe temperature, and the geckos (and other lizards) can possibly get burned.
