Breeding Rats

Sartori, can you recommend a good book on Rat breeding. I am preparing an air conditioned enclosure (am in Miami) and
would like to read up if available.

books are designed for PET rats.. and a PET rat book wll give you all sorts of horrible information regarding the breeding of "FEEDER" type rats..

everything ive learned regarding breeding has been from this forum right here, and just experimenting with my own animals.

Ive gone thru at least 5 diffrent rack designs over the last 5 years with my animals, some have worked, some havent.. some things i liked about one rack i hated on the next rack.. its all in the "practical application of learned knowledge"

take what you find on this forum, and try it with your animals. Find out what works for YOUR particular group!..

what i do with my animals some keepers would NEVER try, but some things i hear i KNOW i would never try cuz my animals would freak out!.. LOL

all in all.. surf the forum.. go back and read the "old forum archives".. read read read!
