This female I aquired from Ric - she is "Sabrina" - although I doubt I will keep the name (sorry Ric - I like strange out there names She is a huge girl - Ric said she weighs in at 95 grams. I would not doubt it - she is dwarfs my 65 gram male.

here's a pic so you will remember her:

Here she is with me:

She takes up nearly my whole palm!:

Wow she's big - a beautiful girl too. Because of her size, I will eventually breed her to my Giant albino.

Thanks for looking!

i dont mean to rag on ric but you pic looks nothing like his pic it looks to me like he messes with his camera or the pic in like a print shop to turn it more orange. if i had bought her i would be upset at how she is not near the color as his pics portray. just something to think about when looking at rics pics of geckos he is selling, and this might cause me not to buy from him in the future

I did ask him about that and he replied:
"-her color will get intense will the addition of just two hours of incandescent light. Being in a dark box and moving has a tendency to fade her; but to fully see her color try the light. She seems to love it also....even though they are nocturnal.

no, the color is not at all the same, but then I haven't subjected her to bright light. She is huge (which I do like) and she does have a deep super tang color (just not red)- I will gladly breed her.

She is probably worth around $300 or so, less than what I paid, - but I'll not be returning her.

She is not the first Leo I've received that different in color by leaps and bounds.

My most dramatic difference is:

my pic:

How about this?:

my pic:

or this:

my pic:

On my monitor all these Leos look dramaticaly different in color, but someone else's monitor may show them similarly colored, if someone's color calibration is off.
So, are all these breeders trying to sucker you into buying their leos? I doubt it. I think (hope) there is just a monitor color calibration difference...or someone needs glasses - If any of these look the same, It may well be me!!
