is there any signs that a collared is about to shed its skin, i just noticed that underneath my collareds chin and around his neck is a lot whiter then it was before, and i saw the same colour around eves chinoa(i think thats the name?) in the picwhere she is shedding

areas, or a kind of dull look, before they shed. One thing major I always notice, is they act weird a few days before. Some of mine will sleep a little more and not be real interested in their crickets, and just when you wonder HMMMMMM, why is he or she not eating, they come out and looks like they are Hulk breaking out of their skin. Then they return to normal. And after the old skin comes off they are usually brighter, or change color, like Chenoa, the other day, you mentioned. Well 2 days before I posted her with KOng she was tanish with yellowy legs, after shedding was done today she has alot of gold now and green, she changed quite a bit and will continue to color up each time. Geesh that was a story hunh?? LOL Eve

do they start to act really grumpy before too? cause my collared keeps staring at me when i watch him and gapes at me...so i just leave the room to let him be alone
