Really bad picture...brownish grey body, rosy colored underside. Worm snake?

Yes, that's a subspecies of Worm Snake(Carphophis amoenus). They are extremely variable as well, with some being uni-colored, and other's having VERY vivid coloration on their ventral surface and having a strong bi-colored coloration.

Yeah, that's a Western Wormsnake. It must have been opaque because wormsnakes in the central states are usually quite colorful.

Here's one from Arkansas for a typical central plains color phase.
