I have a one year old gecko his right testicle started to swell and now his right one is.. This doesn't seem normal to me. i called a reptile vet but they don't see gecko. and another one said geckos are so small there really is not much they can so so save my money and let him be. but i feel kind of bad about just leaving him.

He is eating 12 small crickets every Friday.Poops normal

its just getting bigger and bigger. since it got this big he doesn't want to be held.

I thought maybe a breeding thing.. but it has just been getting bigger. but i really dont know alot of their breeding or testicle for that matters.
Does anyone know what this could be? or how i can help it?
