eggs hatching...

Schwan Sep 05, 2003 08:36 PM

so i had one egg hatch two days ago...
one and 1/2 hatch yesterday (the 1/2 has broken the egg but hasn't come out or anything...)
two eggs have gotten slightly smaller and taken on a yellowish appearance...
and one still big and looking normal.

do you think the one that pipped through is dead? he has been in there for almost two solid days.

do you think the yellowed ones are not going to hatch or does that mean they are getting ready?

the two that hatched look great!

thanks,

amanda--amature dragon hatcher

Amanda,
It's hard to say what is going on. I've read of dragons taking 5 days to come out of the eggs. One thing for sure, don't help them out or slit the eggs for any reason, it almost always ends in the death of the dragon.
