Awesome pics! I noticed your eggs are on a substrate that look like gravel. Is that something like fish tank gravel? Does that work well? I've only incubated snake eggs and I've always used perlite mixtures. But I aspire to hatch some gecko eggs and maybe even some collareds some day.

Thanks... The substrate your questioning is arcillite, and you're right about looking like aquarium gravel. In fact, most aquarist use it in their tanks or ponds for planting.
This was the first season trying this stuff, and it's working perfect for me.

BTW- Good luck with your geckos and collareds.

Not only are they real cute youngins, but being a vestigium owner and fan, I must say the baby looks awesome !

Nice Job buddy as always. How are those rock lizards? Also quite magnificent.

Thanks Eve. The rock lizards are doing fantastic and they are growing quite fast. The little males are already showing more of the aqua color than the females. They seem to be less skittish than the parents. I think this has to do being cb.
