what tpye of little tort is this

will working out in the yard along comes this little guy,
i have no idea what type of little box he is ,but don't think I should keep him ,don't want him around mt sulcata .have no idea what he is .any help would be great thanks

It looks like a three toed box turtle and a female I suspect, from what I can see of the eye colour. Three toeds are a sub-species of the Eastern box turtle and tend to have more solid coloured tan to olive shells. There is usually only three toes on he back feet. It looks just like the one that I have.
