Jigsaw's

marshallvt Sep 15, 2008 09:59 AM

This year I breed my female pinstripe to my male hypo mojave once early in the season. I never saw a copulation and ended up using my male spider to finish the season. So I was really surprised when the clutch piped and I saw a jigsaw. The really big surprise came when I opened the remaining eggs to find a hypo jigsaw.

I owe Brian at BHB for that one. He always talks about the random hypo stuff he produces each year. I got lucky and the pinstipe I bought from him turns out to be het for hypo.

Oh my God. I have a female Hypo Mojave we picked up earlier this year, and she has quikly became my favorite morph so far. Now I know what to do with her. I think they are more impressive then 90% of the morphs out there. I know how pictures are exspecially for ghosts it must be even more stunning in person.
Congrats

Great looking snakes. The Hypo is really nice.
Just more proof of how underrated the hypo gene is.

WOW! Way nicer than I imagined. If it’s this bright already imagine at 1,000 grams. Suppose I shouldn't have been surprised seeing how nice the Hypo Mojave is. In a year with such awesome animals (axanthic pied, clown pied, all the champagnes, homozygous special, etc. etc.) this one tops my list. Congratulations!

The Hypo certainly does have a ghostly look to it.

And they both have perfect dorsal stripes too!

Congratulations.
