I am having two pieces of glass cut for me, 25” x 21.5” for a sliding by-pass type door. Cost is about $120.00 for safety glass, the one with the plastic in the middle like car window glass. Is this about right in price? Seems awfully expensive. The regular plate was about $45.00, tempered was about $85.00. I’m going to use the cage for venomous so I really wanted the best. I was not so much worried about a snake breaking the glass from a strike as me klunking around the snake room and banging into the glass by accident, I didn’t want my cage front landing in a pile of little cubes on the floor and a cobra landing on my shoe. Do these prices seem right to you?

Laminated glass is more expensive but all those prices seam high for the price of your two panes I had four 15" x 25" panes cut. I'd call around...
