Oat and barley hay?

I just received a Greek tortoise yesterday and i was wondering if i could feed her oat or barley hay...

When you say "hay", do you mean sun cured or green? I think you could feed a small amount of the green stuff, I would be surprised if your tortoises liked it very much. My Greeks and Marginateds and Russians eat a small amount of hay, they are sort of indifferent to it. I am a big believer in offering a variety, but I don't think they will eat much of it, it won't do any harm in small amounts. Do not feed the seed/grain heads, just the grassy leafs.
