T ALBINO NELSONI HIT THE STATES TODAY.

shannon brown Sep 18, 2008 02:19 PM

Yes!!!I finally got this guy today.I have been working this deal for a while and its great to have him in my hands. This is the only t nelsoni in the country.
The t is a co-dom trait and he is also 100% het amel.I can't wait for next summer to see what I can get plugging this young stud into a few girls I have ready for him.

Much thanks goes out to Burnsy for helping me out yet again getting some one of a kind things going over here.

L8r Shannon

here is a good shot showing how different he is from a regular amel.

thats nice shannon, can't wait to see one in person. Gerrit really has some killer milks.

Dniles Sep 18, 2008 08:54 PM

Wow Shannon that guy is sweeet! One of a kind that's for sure. So the trait is co-dom? You should be able to produce a bunch of those next year then. Cool.

Cool! Awsome! Wicked! Take your choice of words that apply. Definently a nice score Shannon.
Being he's Co Dom, is he the super of the morph or the visual het. If visual het, what does the super look like?
Chris

shannon brown Sep 19, 2008 03:18 AM

Chris, all the questions I have as well.Nobody really knows for sure yet as there has only been a few produced. All we know for sure is that they are 100% het for amel cause they where produced in clutches of amels.I was told its co-dom for sure cause one was raised up and bred to a normal and produced about half the clutch t . I don't think a super has been produced yet or a double homo ( maybe thats the super???)..
Time will tell and it should only be a couple years to get al kinds of answers.
I can't wait to see this on a splotched.WOW........

I can hardly wait to see what comes of this guy!

shannon brown Sep 19, 2008 03:19 AM

produced in about 10 more months or so.

Burnsy Sep 19, 2008 03:45 AM

Shannon,

as far as I understand, the trait is codom (better incomplete dom) to the normal albino gene and recessive to the wildtype gene. I think the T babies produced out of normals where from a T x het. amel. breeding.

Interesting thing, for sure, it is genetic.

Good luck with yours, buddy,
Gerrit

Hey Gerrit,

Thanks for the info, it makes a lot of sense. I was thinking it was odd that it would be incomplete dom to the wildtype, but recessive to wild and incomplete to albino makes a lot more sense.

Best,
Vinny

Very pretty nelsons, you have. In the pic on your site there is a trio of the Tplus, a normal and an albino. Are they related?
