Feeding Question

I 2 Dragons an adult male who's 19"/450grams who's staple is Supers and an juvenile female who's 14"/120grams who's staple is crickets. I'm think of moving her to Supers also is it too early still?

I think adult supers are too big. You could get smaller supers but the only place I know that sells them is timberlinefisheries.com and they're a pricey place.
