This is a pic that someone sent me wanting to trade me this gecko. Doeas it look like they painted it? It came to me in a "paint" file? No I did not trade for it. Is is so wierd I had to post it. In the persons defense they said it was not colored in?! Just thought I would see what you all think of this one. Now be nice no rude comments, ha ha ya I know.Thanks everyone.

Is that the original picture? Or did you convert it etc? I blew it up a ton and it's been "played" with. Specifically, large portions of the head and the tail have been tampered with.

It's hard for me to flat out say it's bogus without seeing the actual product(initial pic) but what you're showing here in JPG format has definitely been altered.

Ya thats the original pic alright! Thats what I told them. I said "nice try did you think i would fall for that". They swear it was not altered! Ya right hugh. I thought it was pretty funny. Just had to share it with all you guys and gals.

Best place to check(which I find odd for some reason) blow up the head. You will see that a block of pixels have been placed pretty much in the center but they overlap the natural "grain" of the Leo's head.

I really don't understand why the head??

If it's not altered(heh) maybe they should invest in a new camera...and fire their developer..either that or try using Ink instead of mud in their color-photo copier right before they scan the same image with their 100 dpi "Joes Special" scanner eh?

IM going to have to agree with Ciniusshade that picture has been altered or is very poor quality but it is pretty funny to look at.

This Graphic Designer agrees with the majority. The picture being a paint file means nothing, someone could alter any file type and then save as a jpeg. I see no signs of coloring, I don't even see purple in the picture. Just looks like a very poor quality pic. I am hard pressed to find any color in that photo!!

N8
