.. I was working again down by the Rio Grande and found a big pile of OSB (oriented strand board). It was rotten and nearly composted after the big rains we've had. I tore it up and found 15 scrub rats!.. That's outrageous trash-flipping results for Brownsville in any weather and especially for September!
