Hey what can help is increasing the temps a little and lowering the humidity it helps..but do not do it to much or he will get dried out. Also dont try feeding until the upper respitory is gone....

Give it a hot basking area (overhead heat) and keep the humidity higher than normal. Higher humidty will keep the mucous thin so it can drain easier. Lowering the humidity will thicken it up and make it harder to drain and clear up.

I would highly agree with Mike. If you lower the humidity the snakes lungs will just try to produce more moisture, which will in the long run kill the snake. A higher basking temp and higher humidity will help out, it will take some time but it will help.
Good Luck
